Brooklyn based duo Sister. have shared new single “Hideaway”, the first single from their upcoming second EP Something / Nothing, set to be released on September 10th.
Leading you in the gentle guitar plucks and controlled vocals the track slowly builds through gliding harmonies and a woozy beat. Rupturing through like an outcry of emotion, the track bursts out into sweeping strings and soaring guitar lines that reach out and pull at your emotions.
Speaking on the single Hannah Pruzinsky said: “Hideaway is that space where someone can exist wholly. That secret place where you can be without a guise, without fear, you can never reveal too much. It’s a desire for the safety that intimacy holds”
